The key ingredient On this recipe is, of course, chiles! I’ve created it with two different types of dried chiles, guajillo (pictured over) and ancho. The ancho chili powder is simply a bit spicier in comparison to the guajillo one particular; the two types of chiles are fairly mild. Use sc
